Terms of Service

  1. Introduction

       Welcome to Awj Techx LLC (“Awj Techx”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our                         website (awjtech.com), solutions, and services, including but not limited to cybersecurity, AI automation, and IT infrastructure services                 (the “Services”).

       By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Eligibility

     You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Be authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business or organization.

  1. Scope of Services

     Awj Techx provides professional technology solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Cybersecurity services (SOC/SIEM, monitoring, compliance, managed security).
  • AI automation services (chatbots, voice assistants, workflow automation).
  • IT infrastructure services (cloud, networking, managed services).

     The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in separate Service Agreements, Proposals, or Statements       of Work (SOW) executed between Awj TechX and the client.

  1. Client Responsibilities

     Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.
  • Maintain necessary licenses, approvals, or regulatory compliance (except where explicitly provided as part of our Services).
  • Ensure that access provided to systems, platforms, or data does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

  1. Fees and Payment
  • Fees for our Services are specified in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal.
  • Payments are due as per the agreed invoicing schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  1. Confidentiality & Data Security
  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
  • Awj Techx implements industry-standard security measures, but no system is fully secure. Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate backups and business continuity processes.

  1. Data Hosting & Compliance
  • Awj Techx may leverage third-party hosting and technology providers for delivering Services.
  • Where required by UAE regulations (e.g., DFSA or local data protection laws), Awj Techx will make reasonable efforts to ensure data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable requirements.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights in tools, platforms, reports, and deliverables created by Awj Techx remain the property of Awj Techx unless explicitly assigned in writing.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own data, content, and trademarks.

  1. Service Availability & Limitations
  • While we aim for high service availability, Awj Techx does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.
  • Certain services (such as managed SOC or AI automation) may depend on third-party providers. Awj Techx is not liable for downtime, failures, or breaches outside its direct control.

  1. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Awj Techx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, or data).
  • Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the client to Awj Tecxh in the 3 months preceding the claim.

  1. Indemnification

    Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awj Techx, its employees, and partners from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Misuse of Services.
  • Violation of laws or third-party rights.
  • Failure to comply with these Terms.

  1. Termination

    Either party may terminate Services by providing written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees become immediately payable.
  • Access to Awj Techx systems and Services will be revoked.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts         of Dubai, UAE.

  1. Updates to Terms

   Awj Techx may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated”               date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
